Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Content Comrade website, client portal and subscription services.

Services

We provide marketing strategy, prospecting, content creation, social media management, advertising management, funnel and automation setup and analytics as described in your selected plan or agreed scope.

Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees. A subscription is active for the period paid and expires at the end of that period unless renewed. Paying before expiry extends your current period. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from the next billing period.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and the access, brand assets and product information we reasonably need. Delays in approvals or access may affect delivery timelines.

Advertising spend

Ad budgets are paid directly by you to the advertising platforms and are not part of plan fees unless agreed in writing.

Content & intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final content created for you. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. You confirm you have the rights to any material you supply to us.

Account access

You are responsible for keeping your portal login secure. Social account credentials you store are used only to deliver the services.

Results

We commit to doing the agreed work professionally and transparently. Because sales outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, we do not guarantee specific results.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the month the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
