Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refunds work for Content Comrade monthly plans.
Cancellation
Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. To cancel, simply do not renew, or email us before your renewal date. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Refunds
Because strategy and production work begins as soon as a period starts, fees for a period that has started are generally non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of your first-ever payment and before any deliverables have been shared, we will refund the payment in full.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or charged for a failed transaction, contact us with the Razorpay payment ID and we will refund the duplicate amount.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; your bank may take additional time to reflect it.
